Step 2: Initial Review & Acknowledgement
Once we receive your submission, our team will then begin reviewing the information provided.

Step 3: Receive a Quote (Up to 5 Working Days)
We’ll assess your item based on the photos and description. A formal quote will be sent to you within 5 working days of receiving all necessary details.

Step 4: Send Us Your Item for Inspection
If you accept our quote, you’ll send the item to us for a final in-person inspection. We’ll provide shipping instructions or arrange a collection if applicable.

Step 5: Get Paid
Once we’ve received and inspected the item to confirm its condition matches the description, we’ll process your payment. Funds will be deposited into your nominated account—usually within 1–2 business days of inspection approval.
